Annual Research Session, Faculty of Commerce and Management – 2019 (ARSFCM – 2019) is organized by Faculty of commerce and management, Eastern University, Sri Lanka under the theme of “Synthesizing Diverse Business Ideology for Community Well-being” which is scheduled to be held on 29th November 2019 at FCM Auditorium. This scholarly forum provides the platform for research students, knowledge seekers and industrialists to share and disseminate knowledge on invaluable findings of the current research while initiating the opportunities towards business transformation and community wellbeing.
“Synthesizing Diverse Business Ideology for Community Well-being”
The ARSFCM – 2019, especially focuses on undergraduate students from EUSL to submit their research papers on the topics in the field of management, commerce, and economics with the aim to give a chance to undergraduates to share their interest with faculty, students and other stakeholders, to gain experience presenting their work in a professional conference environment, to receive useful and constructive feedback on their research from eminent scholars and industrial experts and to open an avenue for students, academics, industry and community linkage through valuable research findings.
The Industrial Dialogue will be one of the critical components in ARSFCM – 2019 where actors from industry, civil society, and the public sector share and discuss their views and practices in business as well as community development. (Jointly organized by Faculty of Commerce and Management and University Business Linkage cell)

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers of original research findings under the suitable track listed above for the consideration of oral presentation at the ARSFCM - 2019. The ARS language would be English. To be presented at the ARS, all full papers will be peer-reviewed for acceptance. The full papers will be finalized by November 20, 2019 and will appear in the proceedings.
Authors are kindly advised to follow author guidelines for preparation and submission of full paper. Full paper could be submitted via e-mail (arsfcm@esn.ac.lk) with author declaration form.

The deadline for submission of full paper is extended to 11th October 2019.
Submit your abstract and full paper to arsfcm@esn.ac.lk on or before 7th October 2019. Your abstract and full paper will undergo a double-blind peer review within two to three weeks after receipt. If your abstract and full paper is accepted, you will be invited to register for the ARSFCM 2019.
Last date of Registration: 15th November 2019.
