The Faculty Quality Assurance Cell (FQAC) of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, successfully conducted a Discussion on Programme Management (Criterion 01) on 3rd September 2025 at the Faculty Board Room.

The session was facilitated by Prof. V. Kanagasingam, Professor in Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Commerce and Management. The discussion aimed to enhance the understanding of academic staff on Programme Management processes and documentation practices related to Self-Evaluation Report (SER) writing for programme review.

A total of 28 academic staff members from various departments of the faculty actively participated in the event. The session provided valuable insights into aligning programme management activities with quality assurance standards and encouraged participants to share experiences and best practices for improving academic governance.
