Objective of the Event: To enrich entrepreneurial competencies among undergraduates and community.
Commerce Week 2021 has been organized by the Department of Commerce, Faculty of Commerce and Management, Eastern University, Sri Lanka under Accelerating Higher Education Expansion and Development (AHEAD) Operation, Project ELTA-ELSE DPs - Department of Commerce. The purpose to conduct this event via online mode during a hard time of COVID 19 Pandemic is to motivate the undergraduates of Faculty of Commerce and Management who have been restricted to a controlled and limited environment for more than one year, and to prepare them to enter the world of business. The Commerce Week celebration brings in motivation and proper guidance to enter the world of work and to face crisis periods in entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship.
