Paper Submission

Authors are required to submit their research papers following the guidelines below:

1. CMT Portal Submission

Authors can submit their extended abstract through the Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) portal using the link provided below.

• Ensure that the extended abstract is uploaded in the prescribed format.
• Find the Guidelines for Extended Abstract
• The CMT portal link is provided below for submission.

2. Email Submission

Authors should also send a copy of their  extended abstract to the official conference email address iccm2026@esn.ac.lk 

• Subject Line: Paper ID, Title of the Paper - Conference Track
• Include the Paper ID (Once you submit through the CMT, You will receive the Paper ID) before title of the research paper and Track Name.
• Attachments: Attach the extended abstract in the prescribed format. (Extended Abstract Template ICCM 2026)

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
